Mango Thai Salad

I recreated the mango salad from my favorite Thai restaurant and for someone who doesn't cook so much the difficulty level was quite simple but my goodness it's delicious.

  1. Julienne mango, sweet red pepper and onion into medium or large cuts. Cut up the cilantro in to smaller pieces. Mix in bowl. Whisk or blend all dressing ingredients. Add to bowl, toss and top with crushed peanuts. Enjoy
